Delivery times typically vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive. For customized prescription glasses, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to process.

If your glasses break or require any repairs, please contact our customer service team. We offer warranty options on most frames and can guide you through the repair process.

To keep your glasses in top condition, we recommend:

  • Cleaning your lenses with a microfiber cloth.
  • Avoiding placing your glasses lens-down on surfaces.
  • Storing your glasses in a hard case when not in use.
  • Avoiding exposure to extreme heat or chemicals.

To determine your correct frame size, check the measurements of your current glasses. Most frames have three numbers printed on the inside of the temple (arm): lens width, bridge width, and temple length. You can use these measurements to find a frame that fits comfortably. If you’re unsure, you can always reach out to our customer service for assistance.
